I went to namra's hair and beauty salon after not having a haircut in 2 years and she made me feel so comfortable. The service she provided was lovely. It's safe to say, I loved my haircut and she gave me tips on how to maintain my hair and what I should put on it to keep it healthy. I would definitely recommend her to all the ladies. She was absolutely great!
I had a full body massage with a Shaima. I have had many massages previously at other locations but I have to say that the service provided at Namra‘s is second at none. Everyone is very friendly. The masseur made me feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of massage and it’s benefits. I am definitely a regular attender. I can highly recommend Namra’s.

Namra did an amazing job on both days when I needed hairstyling. She was very friendly, professional and left me feeling very happy with the looks. She created what I asked for but it came out better than expected. Would definitely recommend using Namras Hair and Beauty!
All honesty, I booked this place for the first time, mainly because of all the good reviews. It was shocking that I had to wait 30-40 mins to be seen, even though I was booked in. No reassurance no updates. I opted for facial (45) head massage (30) back massage (30 mins) and back scrub. When I finished I realised that my whole appointment took and hour and seemed to be rushed. No professionalism, interruption during massage, I had to sit up on a uncomfortable chair to get a head massage and no laying down, I had my back scrubbed during the massage with exfoliating beads no steam. Didn’t enjoy my massage like a normal massage. Not a place to be visiting again. You just don’t get that massage relaxing feeling. The lights were on throughout my massage. Lady was nice but the place does not care about the whole customer journey/experience.
