My daughter has just bought a house through Hunters Estate Agents in Harborne. Jake and Bethany were both professional and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They helped Megan to understand the 'buying' process and their communication at each step of the way was exemplary. Megan's dealings were mainly with Bethany who did an excellent job of liaising between ourselves and the vendors and also keeping in touch with the Solicitor. In addition, she really put herself out to accompany us to the house several times, enabling us to line up trades ready for completion. I would wholeheartedly endorse Hunters if you are thinking of selling your home.
I was very fortunate that Hunters Harborne were highly recommended to me for my flat sale and from the start I was impressed with their friendly and professional approach. Andy and Jake set up the initial arrangements and I was very reassured by how everything was managed, especially with all the Covid restrictions. Bethany then handled the sale process to completion which was rather protracted owing to circumstances outside our control, but she kept me informed at every stage and always followed up my queries immediately, which kept my stress to a minimum! I am very happy to recommend them.
Hunters did an effective job of marketing the property. They did achieve a reasonably good price for my property that offered value to the buyer as well. However it would have been useful to know from the beginning the offer process in terms of initial offers, best and finals etc. I was very happy that they got the sale over the line. Their help in solving a problem that arose at the last minute was valuable. In overall terms, I am very satisfied and will recommend them.
