Recent circumstances mean that we have moved twice within the last year. Our first sale was using a high street estate agent, who although competent, often left us without updates and unclear on the how the sale was progressing. We were unsure which agent to use the second time, and while viewing a property Ashley was marketing, discussions led to him offering to do a valuation for us. Initially we were impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge and decided to go ahead and list our property with him. Very quickly we had viewings and agreed a sale. The service we received after we agreed the sale was exceptional, and was on another level to the high street agent we used previously. We had weekly updates from Ashley (even if we were waiting on solicitors and there was nothing to report that week, he still checked in with us) The weekly updates were very reassuring and something the high street agent didn't provide, so I found I was always calling them chasing for updates. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure that completion day happened on the day we requested, and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. Comparing Ashley to the high street agent, Ashley did indeed provide a personal service, and the whole service was more personal and efficient. Although I don't plan on moving house EVER AGAIN, so won't need Ashley's services in the future, I would strongly recommend him to anyone who is keen to sell their house. I honestly cannot think of a negative about the service we received. We wish Ashley every success for the future and are sure his work ethic will result in a trail of happy customers. I'm also a pleased to have supported a small local business, and will continue follow his success and keep in touch on social media.
We first contacted Ashley after seeing his Facebook page and realising this would be the guy to sell our house! After previously being on the market with a high street agent with no sale we had decided to wait…. After meeting Ashley we didn’t wait very long! Ashley’s marketing is second to none, the photos, write up and video were amazing- the total opposite to the other agents! Within 3 days we had accepted an over asking price offer!!! The sale of our house was very smooth and the communication between Ashley and the solicitors at Jordan’s was perfect. We were a team and all knew exactly what was going on each step of the way. Unfortunately our house purchase hasn’t been as smooth but even though Ashley wasn’t selling that house he still supported us and gave us his very valuable advice. Since selling our home We’ve told friends about Ashley and in the last 3 months he has sold two of our friends houses, again super quick and over asking price!!! Well we’re do we start, Ashley was fantastic from start to finish with us. He was recommended to us by a friend and from the moment we met him, we saw his passion and desire to do the best for us. Our house went on the market on the Tuesday and was sold within 4 days, but was just the start of the journey and Ashley was fantastic throughout. It took us nearly 5 months to find our dream home, and Ashley was supportive throughout and never once put pressure on us to push through and purchase. As a result, I have recommended friends and family to Ashley and my own parents have recently listed with him. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but when we do Ashley will be our only estate agent from now on, his hands on and never to busy to answer even the simplest questions, always giving us an honest and open answer. We decided to sell our property with Ashley Would as from our very first meeting we found him to be professional, knowledgeable and he treated us as clients and not just another property to sell that we felt we would be with the larger estate agent chains. His marketing photographs and video really showed our home off to its full potential, so much so that 3 hours after going live on the property websites Ashley had booked 20 viewings for the Friday. We were lucky that we received several offers from these viewings and had sold our property in less than one week. The best part of having Ashley as our estate agent was his weekly updates on the sales progression, he also answered any questions or concerns we had promptly. I only wish that the house we bought was sold by him as it would have been a lot less stressful but alas we were moving out of area. We used Ashley’s services after our previous agent produced very few leads or viewings. Within a weekend Ashley had arrange a dozen or so viewings and an offer within a few days. Each time we had a vendor pull out Ashley was there to pick us up and provide another batch of potential vendors. When we eventually found the right vendors Ashley guided us through the whole process keeping us informed at each stage.
