Since moving to the uk, one of the toughest challenge for me was getting work. applied with a lot of other agencies but that didn’t materialize into anything. A friend got me in contact with Right recruitment and in less than 3 days I found myself working good shifts with a fantastic company. incredibly poor service and lack of communication. i contacted RR after a referral from a friend of mine. where i then gave my details and such, they asked me to call back later if they haven’t called me. on the second call i received an appointment and on the day I was told that i wasn’t even on the list of appointments even though i literally handed in my details twice in the exact same day. i thought nothing of it at the time since i was still able to fill out some forms and explain which types of jobs i was looking for and such. i was then told to buy a vest and some shoes for a warehouse job and i had contacted them again after this, they asked who i was registered with (i had no idea i was even supposed to be registered with someone as it was my first time trying a recruitment agency) and the person i was registered with had not given me their name so i had described to them who the lady was and they still haven’t given me the name of the lady. other than that they barely updated me on anything or told me the next step even though i had asked them so I contacted them again several days later. i also had a look at other websites for reviews and there were similar concerns over poor communication. this place is really not worth going to whatsoever.
