My bunny was sick so I got an appointment the same day. Vet was good everything was OK. The bill was 63 pounds. I have a 50 pounds excess on my insurance policy. I made a claim for the 13 pounds. However the vet practice wanted to charge me 15 pounds to handle the claim which would have left me out of pocket so I cancelled the claim which did annoy me.

Came here recently on a sunny Sunday afternoon after recently getting a new puppy. After shopping around and getting to the till we we were greeted with a very friendly face of a woman called Marsha. She told us about signing upto the vip club to see what offers we could get before making out purchase. She kept the things behind the till for us while we signed up and received a very good saving and some free food for our puppy. It always makes a shopping experience so much nicer when you speak to someone so friendly and who obviously really loves animals and her job. Will definitely be coming back if we need anything else for our pup.
