Got let down at the last minute by another company and was stranded on the other side of the city, but Empire sorted me out at the last minute. 10/10 would recommend to anyone
Not at all helpful, so busy that they don't have the time to talk to you in a professional manner. When another taxi company Tiger cars of capehill even though it was just as busy as it was raining cats and dogs, but they fitted me in and were very quick was told 30 min wait they were there in 8 mins. What more can I say.
Price quoted excellent. Driver hadn't got a clue. Had to help with directions. Arrived late due to his poor knowledge of the area.
