Used to be a reliable firm, not anymore. Taxi booked in advance, did not turn up despite several phone calls. Couldn't get a driver. If they can't get one, they should tell you when you book. Had to drive myself in the end. Will never use them again and suggest other people think very carefully before they do.
Useless. Booked a car with a day’s notice. Got to 10 minutes past the time I should have been picked up when I received a call advising they had no drivers available. Late for an important meeting as a result. That’ll teach me to stray from Uber!
Booked a taxi at 9am for 12.30 at 1 I called to ask when the taxi would arrive I was told it would be with me ASAP rang again 2 and was told it would be coming but they had to deal with their regular customers first it is now 5 and still no taxi and no one has contacted me to say it will not be coming abysmal service will never use them again
I needed a taxi to meet me at 3am Birmingham Airport on Thursday as i was returning from Cyprus.. l phoned from Cyprus before l left to elite taxis Northfield who said no one could pick me up until 4am as they didn't have a fare to there till then... Phoned A Cars who asked for my flight number and said a driver would be there for me. He phoned as l was getting off the plane to say he was waiting for me...Fantastic service and a very polite driver.. will be my 1st choice in future....Wake up elite and move with the times...
