Vince and team took the stress out of moving and were very responsive to any queries or changes we had. Always picked up the phone which was really appreciated and gave us a lot of confidence. Stuck to the time quoted and were patient when we made changes or were a bit late. Items were tied down and valuables looked after. The van was spotless and clean but they still put down protective sheets where we asked. Good value too. Recommended highly.
Whole house contents removal. The service was very good; speedy and efficient on the day. The communication beforehand was regular and Vince made appropriate checks and gave updates from the first day of enquiry, up to, and throughout the day of moving. Very good service, I booked moving service the day before, we discussed two people will come to help me move furnitures. They are came on time with three people and same price, they are very friendly and strong. No delay and any problems. So the whole process of moving is very easy and fast. I will highly recommend to use their moving service.
Quality removal service. Needed a Luton van at short notice to move an American fridge freezer. Handled the item with care and respected the areas of the house they had to pass through looking after door frames etc. nice clean van and 2 pleasant chaps to do the removal. Only 4 stars as they had to change the time once arranged. Which I can appreciate as late notice booking but would have preferred to know when booked that the van was only available in the morning rather than the afternoon before due. Would use again!
Very rarely give 5 stars, but the owner deserves it. I made an error when I listed the items, and the owner was more than happy to tell his workers to carry on with the job. The workers loaded and unloaded quickly and safely, without any damage to the items and to the property. Was a bit sceptical with the price at first, but paying slightly more is worth it when you take into consideration the service you recieve. Pretty shocked that a van business can deliver great customer service.
