    I started training regularly with Hayley a few months ago and can see noticeable improvements to my strength levels, which is what I wanted to work on. She mixes up every session with different exercises so that it does not get repetitive or boring. The gym facilities are clean, modern and kept up to standard and she has several punching bags and boxing equipments. Hayley motivates you to keep on pushing yourself whilst keeping a calm demeanour, after I leave her sessions I am always in a better mood!

    I cannot recommend Hayley enough! After having my son in August, my pre-baby body seemed a distant memory! Since starting training with Hayley twice a week, I have seen a dramatic difference in my body and I’m loving it! However, it’s not just about the appearance, it has also been great for my mental well-being, always great to have a natter whilst training!

    Highly recommended… after having both my children Hayley really helped work with me to get into exercise and continually work on the core areas to build up my strength and make exercising enjoyable. Also being able to adapt to fit sessions around my own timetable so I haven’t felt like I am having to compromise my workouts and making me come away from each session like I have worked hard

    I’ve been training twice weekly with Fatima for the past few months. She has so much energy and genuine enthusiasm in helping me realise my goals that even on ‘lazy days’ she would motivate me to push harder. I feel much stronger and fitter as a result. She is so friendly and puts me at ease at all time. Would highly recommend!

    I’ve started training with Fatima at knightlow studio and I’m really enjoying. Fatima knows how to push and encourage you to finish the workout no matter how your feeling, and the feeling you get when your finished is worth it. I am more comfortable and able to focus in the studio as apposed to your general gym, definitely recommend.
